Serap Yakın started her sales career at Milliyet Newspaper as an MT following her graduation from the School of Foreign Languages, German Language at Marmara University. In 2003, she worked as Vice President responsible of Sabah Magazine Group and Ciner Magazine Group advertisement sales. In 2008, she started working at Wall City Design company as Sales Marketing Coordinator.
As of 2019, she joined Panout Media and is serving as Sales & Marketing Managing Director.
Mert Gürses was born in Istanbul in 1974 and graduated from the department of Tourism Business Administration. In 1998, he started his career in the Tourism Sector. His sales career started at Sabah Newspaper’s HR magazine ‘İşte İnsan, followed by working as sales group coordinator in numerous media companies such as Sabah, Aksam Newspaper, Dogus Publication Group Magazines and 1 Numara Hearts Magazines (Esquire, Para, Geo, Forbes etc.).
As the press sector has decreased in size, he transferred to the out of home media sector with Wall City Design company. With the merge of Wall & JCDecaux, he had a chance to experience global outdoor perspective and represented Istanbul branch and Turkish OOH market as part of JCDecaux. As of 2019, he joined Panout Media, as Assistant MD, Sales.
Gülden Baş started her career at UPS-SCS in 2006 as an Operations Executive while she was studying Statistics at Mimar Sinan Universty in İstanbul. She pursued her education and career between 2008 and 2013 in the UK. She completed her MBA in Finance at Cardiff University in 2010.
In 2013, she started working at Fedex trade Networks as an Operations Supervisor in İstanbul. Between 2016-2018, she was an Operations Manager at Etis Lojistik AŞ. As of 2019, She joined Panout Medya İletişim A.Ş. as an Operations Director.
